We treat patients in the Conejo Valley, west San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, and Camarillo. Our specialty is in treating people with orthopedic or sports injuries and ailments. We evaluate the entire body to determine the location of your strengths and weaknesses, and then design a customized treatment program. We provide one-on-one treatment sessions and focus on the quality of care to optimize your rehabilitation time and achieve your personal goals.

Once you have completed your Physical Therapy treatment course, you may opt to maintain your physical fitness regimen though our wellness program conducted by our Physical Therapists.

My name is Debbie and I am the owner of Physical Therapy 2U. I am dedicated to helping you get back to living a pain free life, and keeping you as active and mobile as possible. I have over 20 years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience working with all populations including professional and recreational athletes, children, teenagers, and seniors.

I have over 20 years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience working with all populations including professional and recreational athletes, children, teenagers, and seniors.
I am passionate about helping people to feel better. As a child, I started baking - who doesn't like a batch of fresh baked cookies or brownies? I always got a big smile when I presented someone with a plate of yummy treats. As I got older, I took that passion to help people feel better and used it towards a career in Physical Therapy. I graduated from the University of Southern California (Go Trojans!) with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. My continuing education has advanced my knowledge of manual therapy and exercise skills, including Instrument Assisted Massage (IASTM), Pilates method of exercise, and Gary Gray functional exercise.
